1 Yes, they will give you and extra copy for visa (ask also another copy to use after in Italy)
2 I honestly don’t remember, but if to pay then something few…

I called for the authorised (by the embassy) translators and it is also possible to make a quick translation for extra money.
But I have several oher questions:
1) Once we gave our wedding certificate translated at the embassy window, will they give us the necessary copy at once so we may at once pass to the visa office?
2) Is the extra copy of the certificate (for Italy) free of charge or no?

Здравствуйте, по первому вопросу ничего не изменилось, мы получали информацию от других людей что именно по адресу Артема 73 в Киеве происходит апостилизация.
По второму вопросу к сожалению затрудняемся ответить, мы обращались в Донецке потому что я там жила и свадьбу делали там. Я думаю что вначале лучше обратиться по месту жительства (в Мариуполе).

У меня два вопросика по этому поводу. 1) Я на сайте мин-ва юстиции нашла инфо, что апостилирование свидетельств проходит по адресу ул. Артема 73…… Что-то изменилось?
2) Я живу в донецкой области, Мариуполь, свадьба в моем городе. Так в РАГС мне обращаться в Мариуполе или ехать в Донецк?

Congratulations!

From our personal experience, translation took about 1 day (but depend how busy are those translators).

For the Visa, you don’t need appointment.
- First transcription (ask them a copy of it for the Visa office and another copy authenticated (as described on the post) for the PDS.
- Apply for the Visa

Time required for our visa, 3 days (they sent the passport to the deposit of Feedex in Kiev (but u can ask them to send it at your home).
